Trip Overview

Langtang valley lies some about 60 km north of Kathmandu valley (by Aerial distance), boarding with Tibet /China. The Langtang is the most beautiful alpine valley in the world as described by British Explorer/Mountaineer, Bill Tilman. The east-west running valley has rich bio-diversity and is home to different wildlife. Langtang valley treks starts from Syabrubesi, at the altitude of 1,470 m then enter into the east-west running valley of Langtang from Pairo (Landslide) & there are so many cultural villages to experience before reaching the final destination at Kyangjin Gompa. At Kyangjin Gompa, we spend an extra day to climb Tserko Ri (4,984 m) which give a splendid view over towering peaks and the valley of Ganja- La Pass. The main advantage of this trek is one can have alpine experience in a comfortable walk.
